Ayşen Bulut Pancarcı
1984'te Lüleburgaz' da doğdu. Flüt eğitimine 1997 yılında İst. Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi'nde Evrim Gündüz ile başladı. 1 yıl sonra İstanbul Devlet Opera ve Bale'si flüt sanatçısı Yusuf Berrak ile çalışmalarına devam etti. 1998 yılında M.S.G.S.Ü. Devlet Konservatuarı'na Yar. Doç. Ayla Uludere'nin flüt sınıfına kabul edildi.

2000 yılında St. Zagora'da flüt yarışmasına katıldı ve 3.'lük aldı.

Schibon, L. Oşavkova, V. Bottazzini, A. Still, H. Straubb, E. Gallante, G. Spasov, P. Berteletti, Raffaele Trevisiani, J. De Arruda Campos, Emmanuel Pahud, Sibel Kumru Pensel, Philippe Bernold, Maxence Larrieu, Bülent Evcil, M. Möller ve Patrick Gallois'nin düzenlediği master class’lara katıldı.

Marmara Eğitim Kurumları, Taksim Sahnesi, Akatlar Kültür Merkezi, Afife Jale Sahnesi, Bilgi Üniversitesi, Galatasaray Üniversitesi, Ekav Sanat Merkezi, Prof. Dr. Necdet Tekin Gençlik Merkezi ( Lüleburgaz ), Villa Bernocchi ( Premeno – İtalya ), Borusan Kültür Ofisi, Avusturya Kültür Ofisi, İtalyan Kültür Merkezi, M.S.G.S.Ü. Oditoryumu, AKM, CRR'de solo, oda müziği ve orkestra konserlerinde yer aldı. İ.T.Ü Maçka Kampüsü’nde M.S.G.S.Ü. Devlet Konservatuvarı Orkestrası ile F. Doppler’ in 2 Flüt Concerto’sunu seslendirdi.

2008 yılında M. S. G. S. Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Flüt Anasanat Dalı Lisans programından mezun olmuş, 2008’de M. S. G. Ü. Devlet Konservatuvarı Yüksek Lisans Programına kabul edilmiştir.

2009 yılından bu yana Marmara Üniversitesi'nde flüt öğretmenliği yapmaktadır.
Born in 1984, in Lüleburgaz. In 1996, she started her flute training under the tuition of Evrim Gündüz at Istanbul Anatolia Fine Arts High School. She continued to study under the tuition Yusuf Berrak who is the flutist at the State Opera and Bale. In 1998, she has started to study under tuition Ayla Uludere at the University of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts Conservatory. In 2000,she has shared the third prize in St.Zagora.

She studied with many musicians at their workshops; Schibon, A.Still, Bulent Evcil, J.De Arruda Campos,E.Pahud, H.Straubb, R.Trevisiani, E.Gallante, G.Spasov, L.Oşavkova, P.Gallois, M.Möller.

Performed many concerts as soloist and played at chamber and the orchestra concerts; at The Marmara Education Center, M.S.F.A.U State Conservatory Auditorium, Ataturk Culture Center, Prof.Dr. Necdet Tekin Art Center(Luleburgaz), the Ekav Art Center, the Bilgi University, the Akatlar Culture Center,Afife Jale Scene, the Villa Bernocchi(Premeno-Italy), The Italian Culture Center,The Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall. She played with The University of Mimar Sinan Orchestra, performing F.Doppler- Two Flute Concertino.

In 2008, received bachelor's degree from The University of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts State Conservatory- Flute department and she has been done master degree at the same university.

Since 2009 she has been taught as a flute teacher at the University of Marmara.
